What you'll do

• Direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor
• support resident nursing assessments
• ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• review staff complaints and grievances and report as needed to the Director of Nursing
• maintain adequate medications, supplies, and equipment
• make nursing and aide assignments
• encourage staff training.
