What you'll do

• Cut meat to product specifications and time standards
• follow the buffet production system
• rotate cut and boxed meat
• stock and arrange the meat cooler according to food safety guidelines
• sanitize surfaces and the meat room
• follow local health department laws
• maintain inventory forms
• report product or equipment discrepancies
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment and perform assigned duty roster tasks.
