Asphalt Sales Estimator

Job overview

Compensation is $850–$1,400 per week. The Asphalt Sales Estimator works in person at the Sanford, FL, office and travels to job sites for assessments, client meetings, and crew check-ins. Florida Sealcoating LLC performs asphalt paving, striping, and milling work. The estimator develops project estimates and bids and supports financial oversight and project coordination. By assessing materials, labor, and equipment needs and communicating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, the role helps projects move toward successful execution.

What you'll do

• Manage project cost estimation, bidding, and financial oversight
• assess asphalt paving, striping, milling, and roadway construction requirements
• coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• read and interpret blueprints, plans, and DOT specifications
