What you'll do

• Draft and prepare assignments, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Respond to high volumes of email correspondence and maintain client and business-associate relationships.
• Support attorneys and provide client status updates.
• Prepare and file status updates before scheduled hearings.
• Review expired Notices of Default and communicate with clients to obtain updated figures.
• Monitor for executed client declarations and file declarations with the court.
