What you'll do

• Maintain customer relationships and support account retention
• identify account-development and sales opportunities with the Regional Sales Representative
• deliver customer orders and service tools accurately and promptly
• plan and manage daily routes
• communicate with customers about deliveries, service needs, and product availability
• coordinate with internal teams and freight transfers
• review freight settlement documents
• support transportation planning and carrier performance tracking
• evaluate route efficiency
• operate the service vehicle responsibly
• resolve customer concerns and delivery issues.
