What you'll do

• Support daily center operations and manage them in the director’s absence
• support teachers with educational and care practices
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and enrollment
• communicate with families
• support staff schedules and performance
• help ensure licensing, health, and safety compliance
• maintain community partnerships
• serve in classroom ratio as needed
• assist with grant compliance and interim director duties.

Why this role
