Senior IT Support Technician, Nashville (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Resolve escalated Windows, Microsoft 365, authentication, endpoint, application, printer, and connectivity issues
• administer and troubleshoot Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services
• support endpoint security, onboarding and offboarding workflows, and office network deployments
• recognize and escalate security events
• document procedures and recommend permanent fixes, automation, and standardization.
