Roaming Property Manager - Southeast Georgia

The Roaming Property Manager role is onsite across Savannah and Brunswick, GA, with a full-time schedule of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Compensation is not specified. Fairway Management manages affordable housing communities and supports the mission of providing quality housing. The manager travels daily among regional sites to support property operations and resident services. The role helps maintain compliance, occupancy, and property standards while filling operational needs across the portfolio.

What you'll do

• Travel daily to regional sites
• assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, complaints, rent collection, recertifications, and reporting
• follow fair housing and affordable housing regulations
• collect and deposit rent
• respond to resident inquiries and work orders
• maintain applicant waitlists
• conduct lease certifications and recertifications
• prepare vacant units for leasing
• inspect properties and vendor work
• organize community activities
• be available for after-hours emergencies.
