What you'll do

• Supervise team members and delegate tasks
• follow the DHC Training Program and train new and current team members
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food preparation follows cooking instructions, safety, and sanitation requirements
• maintain cleanliness
• handle guest concerns
• provide feedback and communicate performance issues to management
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete administrative duties and checklists
• supervise opening or closing activities as directed.
