The Caregiver – Non-Medical Home Care role is onsite in Crossville, TN, with flexible shifts scheduled around client needs. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. Nightingale Respite Care provides non-medical home care to older adults. The caregiver supports clients’ daily living and well-being according to each client’s service plan. Duties may include companionship, personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, housekeeping, and reporting changes or emergencies to the appropriate administrator.

What you'll do

• Offer companionship and emotional support
• perform housekeeping
• assist with transfers, ambulation, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as specified by the client’s service plan
• plan, prepare, and serve meals
• report unusual events
• respond responsibly in emergencies
• complete other duties within the client service plan.
