What you'll do

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, quality, and regulatory compliance
• review start-of-care, resumption-of-care, recertification, discharge, and other records
• complete or review ICD-10 coding
• review and sign off on plans of care
• support QAPI activities, audits, and outcome monitoring
• educate and coach clinical staff
• assist with survey readiness, policy and workflow updates, and corrective-action follow-up
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• maintain confidentiality.
