The aide supports physical therapists in delivering care according to patients’ treatment plans. By preparing equipment and supplies, assisting with prescribed exercises, and observing patient responses, the role helps keep therapy sessions safe and organized.

What you'll do

• Assist with heat packs, exercise equipment, prescribed exercises, and strengthening techniques.
• Sterilize and deliver supplies, position equipment and patients, maintain a safe and clean environment, perform preventive equipment maintenance, monitor supply inventory, and note patient responses during therapy sessions.
