ERP Training and Implementation Specialist II

Job overview

The ERP Training and Implementation Specialist II role is fully remote, with virtual and on-site customer engagements. Pay is $75,000–$100,000 per year. QT9 Software provides an ERP/MRP platform and seeks to support customer implementations and training. The specialist analyzes customer processes, guides transitions to QT9 ERP, coordinates implementation projects, and trains users. The role also gathers product feedback, supports release testing, improves implementation methods, and mentors Level I specialists to strengthen customer outcomes and team practices.

What you'll do

• Lead ERP implementation and training engagements
• analyze manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, and business processes
• recommend workflows
• guide customer transitions and adoption
• manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and expectations
• deliver individual, group, and webinar training
• identify product improvements
• test and validate releases
• create training and help materials
• use AI-enabled tools responsibly for internal workflows
• collaborate across teams
• mentor Level I specialists
• and travel to customer locations as needed.

Why this role
