The role strengthens customer partnerships, expands markets and products, improves commercial operations, and drives profitable growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation.

What you'll do

• Define and execute enterprise-wide commercial strategy
• pursue organic growth, acquisitions, product commercialization, and market expansion
• build commercial infrastructure and improve CRM adoption, pricing governance, sales operations, and forecasting
• deepen executive customer relationships
• partner with R&D and Operations on customer-driven solutions
• support acquisition integration and working capital discipline
• provide performance visibility to the Board
• lead growth across national brands, distribution, and circular economy markets.
