What you'll do

• Lead and engage groups of children in activities
• assist with planning and implementing curriculum
• follow safety and risk-management policies
• set up and take down program spaces
• attend required staff meetings and training
• help maintain supplies and inventory
• monitor licensing standards
• maintain positive relationships with YMCA and school staff
• assist with citywide policies and procedures.
