Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Meet and tour leasing prospects
• respond to online inquiries
• pursue individual and group leasing targets
• maintain accurate lead records and follow up with prospects
• manage the waitlist
• complete screening, lease, and move-in paperwork
• collect move-in funds
• maintain models and tour routes
• support community customer service.
