Industrial Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler/EVM)

The Industrial Project Controls Specialist role is fully onsite in Downingtown, PA, or Birmingham, AL, with travel to national project sites up to 50%. Compensation is not specified. The role integrates scheduling, cost controls, earned value, forecasting, and field progress validation to support project execution. Its work helps project teams coordinate resources, identify risks, and make informed decisions across complex construction and infrastructure projects.

What you'll do

• Launch and administer Primavera Oracle Cloud Scheduling
• develop and analyze schedules
• perform variance and risk analysis
• support earned value management, cost tracking, and forecasting
• validate progress through site visits
• integrate procurement, permitting, outage, and subcontractor schedules
• create look-ahead schedules and Power BI reporting
• forecast manpower
• support cost-to-complete projections
• and train project managers and superintendents on EVM.
