What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel
• ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed
• notify authorities and clients during emergencies
• coach and discipline personnel
• train staff and review assignments
• assist with payroll and personnel management
• coordinate adequate post coverage
• meet with client representatives
• prepare reports
• inspect posts
• carry out assigned supervisory duties, including employee training, work direction, performance appraisal, complaint resolution, and hiring or termination recommendations
• may perform Security Officer duties.

Why this role
