Physical Security Project Manager

The Physical Security Project Manager role is onsite in Gloucester, MA. Compensation is $98,000–$105,000 per year. The role manages physical security construction and technology projects to protect client assets while meeting stakeholder expectations. It leads project planning and delivery, coordinates vendors and cross-functional teams, oversees security system installation and commissioning, and supports standards, modernization, and lifecycle initiatives.

What you'll do

• Establish and lead an enterprise-capable project management office
• manage project budgets, schedules, reporting, and resources
• coordinate with facilities, IT, procurement, vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders
• manage RFPs and end-to-end physical security construction projects
• oversee access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and perimeter security installations
• conduct site assessments and review construction drawings
• manage risks, change orders, procurement, and vendor performance
• ensure code, safety, and security-standard compliance
• direct testing, commissioning, turnover, documentation, and end-user training
• provide project forecasting and portfolio reporting.
