What you'll do

• Greet customers in person, by phone, and online
• oversee calls, emails, and texts, record details, and route urgent medical calls to a doctor
• provide personalized service and respond empathetically to concerns
• keep doctors and nursing staff informed of customer needs
• explain financial options and end-of-life decisions compassionately and confidentially
• process payments securely
• follow up after visits and capture special moments with permission.
