Business Development Liaison

The Business Development Liaison role is an onsite position based in Wheaton, IL. Compensation is $4,000.00 per month, supporting the field department at AFFINITY HOSPICE LLC. This role exists to manage marketing operations and build strategic relationships with referral sources. The liaison is responsible for directing marketing initiatives, negotiating service contracts, and ensuring the company's reputation as a high-quality hospice provider, contributing to volume growth and budgetary goals.

What you'll do

• Directs all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Assures that staff understand and adheres to all laws, statutes and regulations regarding anti-kickback, lawful marketing activities, patient solicitation, and accurate marketing materials.
• Ensures maximum third party reimbursement through effective negotiation of service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
