What you'll do

• Welcome guests and explain spa services, treatments, packages, products, and amenities
• book and confirm appointments
• manage check-in, checkout, and payments
• promote and sell services and retail products
• clean and maintain spa, lounge, locker, and reception areas
• replenish pantry and locker supplies
• communicate guest complaints and maintenance issues
• complete opening and closing duties.
