Wellness Director — Residential Care

What you'll do

• Oversee daily resident care and clinical services
• conduct pre-admission assessments and ongoing evaluations
• coordinate physician orders, medications, pharmacy services, and outside providers
• monitor resident condition changes, incidents, falls, and hospitalizations
• lead and supervise care and medication staff
• oversee staffing, medication management, audits, documentation, and records
• ensure Title 22 and Community Care Licensing compliance
• investigate and document incidents and complaints
• maintain safety and infection-control standards
• participate in care conferences, emergency preparedness, and quality improvement.
