Accounts Payable Coordinator

What you'll do

• Manage daily payment-cycle activities
• process and route invoices and reimbursements
• resolve discrepancies and exceptions
• prepare and review payment batches
• reconcile vendor statements
• respond to vendor inquiries
• coordinate vendor onboarding and master-data changes
• support month- and year-end close, audits, and supplier tax reporting
• maintain records and protect confidential information.
