What you'll do

• Manage contract intake, review, approval, execution, storage, and renewal
• coordinate customer, supplier, manufacturing, consulting, NDA, and partnership agreements
• maintain templates, workflows, and repositories
• work with external counsel
• track obligations, dates, and compliance requirements
• support corporate records and due diligence requests
• partner with HR on confidentiality agreements and employee documentation
• support export control and trade compliance
• and identify process and control improvements.

Why this role
