What you'll do

• Provide inbound and outbound telephonic customer service
• review and enter data accurately
• learn and use proprietary systems
• schedule medical appointments and manage assigned cases
• update stakeholders
• prepare and proofread reports and correspondence
• transcribe correspondence or reports from dictation
• resolve scheduling challenges
• meet production and quality expectations.
