What you'll do

• Manage PAGA claims, litigation strategy, filings, discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations
• advise clients on California labor-law compliance and wage-and-hour audits
• assist with policies on employee classification and meal and rest breaks
• assess new legislation and case law
• develop client relationships and business opportunities
• deliver client presentations, workshops, or training
• supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff
• review motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
