What you'll do

• Provide customer support for software, networking, and system configurations
• prepare data, test hardware, and load software configurations before shipment
• diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues in Windows environments
• log and track customer tickets and document troubleshooting. Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% for customer-site equipment configuration, light aircraft integrations, troubleshooting, and operator training.
