Inside Sales Representative - Lumber

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and current clients
• support an assigned outside sales team
• respond to inbound calls and web requests for quotes
• handle customer service and sales calls
• make outbound sales and prospecting calls
• enter sales orders in Epicor LumberTrack
• communicate order and quote information
• coordinate credit terms with the Credit Manager
• work with shipping and the lumber mill to approve shipments
• contact customers about balances and payment arrangements.
