What you'll do

• Identify and resolve parts needs
• review repair orders, work orders, and estimate notes
• follow warranty guidelines and notify a supervisor of repair add-ons
• adjust, replace, and repair damaged vehicles
• road-test vehicles when necessary
• perform repairs efficiently and accurately to dealership and factory standards
• tear down and inspect vehicles for hidden damage
• advise the estimator of additional damage, supplemental needs, or delays.
