This role supports the major projects team at Heidelberg Materials. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end pre-qualification process and supporting proposal preparation. The analyst reviews bid documents, maintains a library of reusable content, and collaborates with project teams to conduct post-project retrospectives and win/loss analysis.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end pre-qualification process across supplier portals.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Update and maintain a central database of Major Projects pursuits.
• Review incoming RFQs and RFPs to identify requirements.
• Support project team in proposal preparation.
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal content.
