What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate tax professionals
• set expectations and maintain accountability
• oversee daily office operations and compliance with company policies
• communicate with headquarters and Employee Relations about staffing, performance, and client concerns
• review documentation and reporting
• monitor office metrics and develop performance-improvement strategies
• resolve client concerns and protect confidential information.
