The Legal Recovery Supervisor role is an onsite, full-time position in Moline, IL. Pay is $65,000–$80,000 per year. At IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union, the role supports the Legal team and works closely with the Director of Financial Solutions to serve credit union members. The supervisor coordinates legal servicing work, prioritizes high-risk matters, and helps ensure accurate, timely, compliant handling of bankruptcy, asset recovery, mortgage servicing, credit reporting, and related matters. The role strengthens controls and procedures while serving as a resource for team members and internal partners.

What you'll do

• Lead and support daily Legal team servicing
• coordinate workflows and regulatory deadlines
• oversee bankruptcy servicing for Chapters 7, 11, and 13
• support repossession, foreclosure, levy, garnishment, deceased-account, and liquidation processes
• review complex matters and escalate as needed
• coordinate settlements and tax reporting
• review documentation and audit trails
• maintain procedures, training materials, and controls
• assist with audits and reporting.
