What you'll do

• Take, prepare, and deliver food and drink orders
• enter orders into the computer and verify accuracy
• collect payment
• clear tables and maintain dining-area cleanliness
• assist the chef with food preparation as required
• keep the server station and bar stocked and clean
• attend required responsible alcohol and tobacco service training and follow the related policy
• maintain professional appearance and demeanor and follow the club dress code
• attend scheduled shifts punctually.
