What you'll do

• Provide client service to current and potential clients, visitors, and referral sources
• manage incoming and outbound calls
• collect, verify, and document client information
• communicate with clients, referral sources, and team members to support timely follow-up
• provide backup front desk coverage as needed
• balance multiple responsibilities
• follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality.
