The Structural Engineer role is onsite in Elk Grove Village, IL. Compensation is $110,000–$130,000 per year, based on experience. The engineer joins an in-house engineering team supporting modular buildings and skid-based systems.

What you'll do

• Perform structural analysis and design calculations for modular buildings, skid-mounted equipment, and steel-framed structures
• develop and optimize designs for safety and code compliance
• use structural analysis software
• prepare calculations and reports
• maintain standard calculation packages
• collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams
• and provide technical support through project execution. When appropriately licensed, review and seal engineering documents.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, 5–7 years of structural engineering experience, and structural analysis software proficiency. An Illinois Structural Engineer license or Professional Engineer license is preferred.
