The assistant helps set up and operate press and coating equipment, prepares production materials, and monitors product quality. The role also supports finishing, packaging, equipment upkeep, housekeeping, and team training efforts on the Sunday–Thursday, 10 p.m.–6 a.m. shift.

• Assist with press and coater setup and operation
