Material Handler II

The Material Handler II works onsite in San Diego, CA, on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Compensation is $17.75–$22.21 per hour. The position is temp-to-hire, with permanent placement considered based on business need, and supports production and warehouse operations at Providien Thermoforming. The handler moves materials between warehouse and production areas, maintains inventory records, and supports shipping and receiving. Accurate staging, tracking, and delivery help keep production supplied and daily facility operations running efficiently.

What you'll do

• Operate authorized powered industrial equipment to move materials
• stage tools and raw materials for production
• receive, verify, document, load, and unload shipments
• enter inventory transactions in IQMS
• store materials according to FIFO, lot-control, and traceability requirements
• prepare and package materials for transfer or shipment
• support 5S and waste-management activities
• assist shipping and receiving
• conduct cycle counts
• report equipment maintenance needs
• follow safety requirements.
