The Leadership & Organizational Development Intern role is on-site in La Crosse, WI. Compensation is $18.00 per hour. The intern supports Dairyland Power Cooperative’s corporate Learning and Development function. The role assists with leadership development, employee training, and organizational development initiatives through program coordination, learning content support, and learning-system administration. This work helps deliver learning experiences and maintain resources that support employee development and organizational capability.

What you'll do

• Coordinate schedules, communications, materials, attendance, evaluations, and follow-up for learning events
• support leadership program administration and organizational development projects
• maintain program resources and learning records
• assist with updating learning content and materials
• create and test courses in Workday Learning
• coordinate training logistics
• respond to routine employee questions about learning resources and course access.
