What you'll do

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices
• match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
• verify approvals
• process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• maintain vendor records and AP files
• assist with month-end close, subledger reconciliation, aging reports, audits, and process improvements.
