Counter Sales Associate

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers, answer product questions, recommend items for projects, maintain customer relationships, assess prospective clients’ needs, prepare small project estimates, and process orders, payments, returns and exchanges.
• The role also supports larger quotes, contacts existing house accounts with inside sales, maintains showroom displays, stocks merchandise, assists with inventory and cycle counts, and helps resolve customer service issues.
