Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Medical Representative

The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Medical Representative role is onsite in Fargo, ND. Pay is $33–$35 per hour. The role supports workplace health and safety through onsite medical assistance. The position provides first aid and emergency response, maintains medical documentation and supplies, and supports employee health and safety programs. It also assists with workers’ compensation and return-to-work activities, safety education, and CPR, AED, and first-aid training as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide first aid and basic medical assistance, referring employees to external healthcare providers when necessary
• respond to medical emergencies
• educate employees on workplace health, safety, and injury prevention
• maintain medical records, activity logs, and shift reports
• assist with workers’ compensation cases and return-to-work programs
• maintain medical supplies and the medical area
• conduct or assist with CPR, AED, and first-aid training as needed
• assist with random saliva drug testing and safety meetings
• follow OSHA guidelines and workplace safety procedures.

Why this role
