The Psychologist role is onsite at a health center in Colorado Springs, CO. Pay is $70.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 40 hours per week. The role provides care to client employees and their dependents. The psychologist uses a strengths-based approach to help clients pursue wellness aligned with their values. The role provides counseling and psychotherapy, conducts assessments, identifies and diagnoses concerns, and uses evidence-based interventions while collaborating with the clinical care team on consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals.

What you'll do

• Use a strengths-based approach to support clients’ wellness
• provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families as applicable
• help clients define goals and plan actions
• identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnose disorders
• conduct assessments as needed
• use evidence-based interventions within scope of practice
• counsel clients on stress, substance use, and family concerns
• collaborate on treatment goals
• participate in clinical team consultation, case management, care coordination, and referrals.
