This role manages events from initial inquiry through execution, coordinating proposals, menus, timelines, and day-of details while working with clients and the restaurant team to deliver a strong guest experience.

What you'll do

• Respond to event inquiries and follow up with prospective clients
• coordinate proposals, menus, timelines, and event-day details
• build client relationships and provide customer service
• promote the restaurant as an event destination and seek new opportunities
• coordinate with restaurant staff to support smooth events
• participate in events as needed and ensure they meet the restaurant’s standards.
