What you'll do

• Oversee daily, monthly, and year-end accounting operations
• review and guide Staff Accountant work
• maintain fixed-asset and depreciation schedules
• lead 1099 preparation and filing
• advise leadership on funding, expenses, and budget variances
• oversee accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger close
• supervise and mentor accounting staff
• strengthen procedures and internal controls
• coordinate annual audit materials
• ensure GAAP and policy compliance.
