Direct Counsel is recruiting for a highly respected Am Law firm’s Data Strategy, Security & Privacy team. The associate represents clients in privacy and technology-related disputes and participates hands-on throughout litigation. The work includes motion practice, discovery, mediations, and collaboration with attorneys across offices on complex matters.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in consumer class actions, mass arbitrations, and government enforcement actions involving data privacy and technology
• draft and contribute to dispositive and procedural motions
• manage discovery and client-witness work
• prepare for and participate in mediations and dispute resolution
• collaborate across offices on litigation matters.
