What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration units, and HVAC systems
• handle general plumbing, electrical, and carpentry maintenance
• respond to emergency repair requests
• coordinate maintenance schedules with regional and store managers
• support health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• travel between DFW locations
• document work and parts used.
