What you'll do

• Lead line staff in setup and operation of the KerdiBoard line
• troubleshoot machinery and document and communicate issues
• record production and process data
• recognize and respond to process upsets
• assist Maintenance as needed
• support personnel training and certification
• help ensure operations and quality-control requirements are understood and completed
• prepare detailed work orders
• comply with safety regulations
• be available for other shifts, overtime, holidays, or on-call availability as needed.
