Call Center Specialist — Customer Support

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls about hotel reservations and travel accommodations
• respond to live chat inquiries
• assist with reservation changes, confirmations, payment questions, and check-in procedures
• guide customers to resources and self-service tools
• troubleshoot booking issues
• document interactions and recurring inquiries
• collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• perform administrative support tasks as assigned.
