Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager

The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager role is onsite in Gahanna, OH, with compensation not specified. The schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with an on-call and weekend rotation. Otterbein Hospice provides support to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families and caregivers. The role contributes to patient comfort and quality of life while coordinating care and support with families and the hospice team.

Why this role
